SCSU Campus Network Unavailable

The SCSU campus network will be unavailable on Tuesday, December 27th and Friday, December 30th for system maintenance. During the times listed below, the outage will cause a campus network interruption (wired/wireless) for approximately 5-6 hours on both days.

Tuesday, December 27th, 6PM – 2AM
Friday, December 30th, 10:30PM – 6AM

Impact: During the planned system maintenance, the campus network will be down and unavailable.  This includes access to all technology resources on campus and the Internet via SCSU.  All web pages hosted by SCSU will be unavailable.  Course related services such as D2L Brightspace and eServices will be unavailable.  Email from an SCSU account to another SCSU account will still function during the outage, email hosted outside of SCSU will be intermittent.

Other campus entities included in the outage– Alnwick, England, Chartwells Dining, Twin Cities Graduate Center, Minnesota Highway Safety Center, SCSU Welcome Center and Residential Halls.

Monday, December 19 through Friday, December 23: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday, December 24 through Monday, December 26: Closed
Tuesday, December 27 through Friday, December 30: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday, December 31 through Monday, January 2: Closed
Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday, January 7 and Sunday, January 8: Closed

World AIDS Day

WorldsAIDSDayThe University Library, SCSU Healthy Huskies, the LGBT Resource Center, and the Women’s Center will host a World AIDS Day event on December 1.

5:00 pm – 5:45 pm: Wired Café Lobby: Visit our Resource Fair to learn what St. Cloud State University is doing to raise AIDS awareness and provide HIV/AIDS testing and treatment.

6:00 pm – 8:30 pm: MC122 Auditorium: The Dallas Buyers Club screening and discussion.
