University Library and the Art Student Union (ASU) group are pleased to announce the 2017 Miller Center student art show winner, Nick Beaty, for his piece titled, “I’m Sorry, Elizabeth.”

The artwork submitted by student artists is on display in the Wellness Area inside the library on first floor. The exhibit will be up through January 2018.

LIB 290: Social Media in a Global Context

LIB 290 fulfills Goal Area 8 (Global Citizenship) and is a Diversity-flagged course. The class focuses on social media and its impact on the evolution of global cultures. Applications of social media for information access, analysis, contributions to participatory culture, and addressing global challenges are explored.
