Miller Center Student Art Show

The Library at Miller Center and the Art Student Union (ASU) group is pleased to announce the Miller Center student art show.  This juried art show is on display in the Wellness Area inside the library on first floor.  The exhibit will be up through the end of this month.

A reception is being held between 4 and 5pm this Thursday, October 6.  Winners will be announced by art show juror and Art faculty member Alexa Horochowski.  The three winning pieces will then be permanently displayed in the library.  Refreshments will be available.  Please join us!

William Marcellous Lindgren Asian Art Collection

Come see the new display of St. Cloud State’s large collection of Asian art, much of which is on view for the first time. This fascinating collection includes paintings, stone carvings, metalwork, and ceramics from many different countries, spanning many centuries.

Donated by former SCSU Professor William Lindgren, this unique collection of artwork is on display on the third floor of the Miller Center near University Archives and Special Collections.

Drop by the Library to find out more and to see the collection for yourself – it’s free and open to the public!
